REFUND POLICY:


You must notify Healthy Place Legacy via e-mail within seven (7) business days from the date of delivery and complete the refund instructions provided to you at the time. All refund requests received after this time period are not eligible for a refund. Products must be returned unused and unopened as when received, and you are responsible for paying the shipping charges for any items returned. There is a restocking fee of 15% for all products returned. For a qualifying return of product, any refund due will be remitted to the purchaser via method of payment for the full amount of the purchase price paid at the time of the original transaction, less any applicable restocking and shipping & handling fees. To issue any refund, Healthy Place Legacy will use the contact information provided by the customer at time of checkout. Once a refund is determined to be due, customers should allow up to 15 business days to process return, and this includes the time required to receive package, processing, and inspection time. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to Healthy Place Legacy or undeliverable by our carrier.
